YOUR TRUSTED REAL ESTATE ADVISOR

Hi, I’m Morgan!

A young woman with glasses, long brown hair, and a green t-shirt standing outside against a brick wall, smiling with arms crossed.

I specialize in working with clients who are selling a house that no longer works for them, and buying their next dream home. As a realtor with 8 years of experience, owner of multiple properties and serving clients all over Clintonville, Worthington and the surrounding Columbus, Ohio areas, I am confident in our team effort to sell your home for the best we can and/or get you in your next perfect home.

Whether you have some real estate experience or have no idea where to start, I break down the process into easy, manageable, steps and help you figure out what’s best for you and your unique situation. Whether it's buying first, selling first, or coordinating the transactions to close on the same day so no one has to stay in a hotel—I’ve seen it all and helped clients navigate the process smoothly and easily.

My passion is empowering you to make smart real estate decisions, informed by market trends, hyper-local insight, and data-backed strategy that actually make sense for you and your lifestyle. We don’t leave money on the table, and we negotiate the best possible deal every time. Whether you’re upsizing, downsizing, or just looking to make smart real estate decisions, I'm on your team.

  • Typically the real estate market is "hottest" in the spring. This is the time you can expect to get the most activity around your listing. That being said, there are many reasons to sell, and the most optimal timing isn't always possible. I work with clients to sell on their time, and optimize results based on that.

  • Inventory is up in the spring, but so is buyer activity and competition. As we move into summer/fall things generally start to slow down. Winter can be a great time to by since prices are typically at a low. However, the best time to buy is going to depend on personal factors as well as market factors. I do a thorough buyer strategy session with every new client. This establishes optimal timelines for you.

  • Typical market trends show average home sales peaking in June, and falling to a low the following January. The average sale prices in January can be as much as 10% lower than the previous June. These numbers can fluctuate based on location and condition of your house. The best time to sell is ultimately up to your personal circumstances. For you, it may not make sense to wait till spring to sell. I will work with you at the very beginning of the process to determine what timeline works best for you.

  • I will empower you to make smart decisions for yourself. I provide advice and information that allows you to feel confident in your decision making throughout the entire process.
