STEP 1: Preparation

Preparation is key when selling a house. There are several things we can do to make sure your house shines, and ensure that you get top dollar. I start off the process by doing an in-home consultation to review the entire process as well as create a custom checklist for your home to get market ready.

STEP 2: Listing & Marketing

Next, we’ll work together to figure out the best time to list on the market based on your needs as well as market conditions. I will conduct my 7-part marketing plan, which will ensure we sell as quickly as possible while netting you the most amount of money, with the least amount of hassle.

STEP 3: In Contract

Once in contract, I’ll ensure all contract timelines are followed, and negotiate the best possible terms on your behalf.

STEP 4: Close & Celebrate!

Closing day is a truly special time. It's a celebration of your hard work preparing your home for sale. You’ll feel relief and joy knowing you didn’t leave any money on the table, and you’re now ready to move on to the next chapter.
