How it works
STEP 1: Preparation
I’ll conduct a thorough buyer strategy session with you and figure out your next best steps from there. It’s okay to do this months in advance or right when you’re ready to start looking at houses. If you plan to purchase with a loan, I’ll connect you with my trusted lenders as well.
STEP 2: Home Search
I’ll set up a personalized search subscription for you that comes directly from our MLS (multiple listing service). This will show us listings that meet your search criteria and from there I’ll schedule showings for any house you’d like to go see. Once we find a house you like, I’ll negotiate the best possible terms on your behalf.
STEP 3: In Contract
Once an offer is accepted, we are in contract! Several things will be happening all at once, but the important thing to remember is I’ll be with you every step of the way to ensure each step is done properly and nothing gets missed.
STEP 4: Close & Celebrate!
Closing day is a special accomplishment. It’s the start of a new chapter in your new home. You’ll sign lots of paperwork, and then celebrate! This will feel like relief, joy, and excitement to start your new life in your new home!
